In addition to AiLing Yang Blalock, President of AiLing Hua Foundation, a group of people is now being recruited in
Shenzhen to manage and operate the Children's Home. AiLing Hua is also supported by a board of directors that
consists of individuals with strong business skills who are also passionate about the children of China.

AiLing Yang Blalock
AiLing Yang Blalock is a graduate of Sichuan University in Chungdu.
She served as a translator and interpreter while residing in China.
After moving to the United States in 2000, AiLing was credentialed as
a preschool teacher at Durham Technical Community College. She
currently is teaching Chinese as a second language at Raleigh
Academy of Chinese Language (RACL) in Raleigh, North Carolina and
was a preschool teacher at LaPetite Academy. She was granted the
award of "Teacher of Excellence" at RACL in the year 2007.
AiLling is an avid swimmer and a lover of people. She is especially
passionate about China and China's children. Over the past few years
she and her husband Frank Blalock have made several trips back to
China and in 2006 she hosted a tour to Beijing and Hong Kong.

Frank Blalock has been an entrepreneur in several professions in the past twenty-five years. He has also owned and
operated a system built housing company in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He is currently a licensed realtor in Raleigh,
North Carolina with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston which was named the number one Coldwell Banker
Company in North Carolina in 2006.
He has received special training in caring for abused children and has done volunteer work in this area. Frank enjoys
international travel and hopes to eventually venture into the business arena in China. He has made several trips to
China as a tourist. His most recent trip to China was in 2007.
