Purpose:  In view of the dynamic international business climate in Southern China, there is a perceived need to educate Chinese citizens, both young and old, in the English language. This skill will enhance economic activity and provide opportunities for job advancement for the workers in the region.

Plan:  The school will be located on or near the campus of AiLing Hua Children's Home and students will be recruited from the region.  Tuition will be charged at standard, normal, market based rates. Any earnings will be used to sponsor and support orphans at AiLing Hua Children's Home. 

Instructors:  Teachers will only be recruited from countries where English is the native language.  Instructors will also be required to be certified by reputable English teaching organizations to ensure that only high quality education is provided to the students at the school.  The number of instructors will be governed by the size of the student population and the size of the physical facility.
